TRAINERS' CIRCLE FORMED

Dear Trainer friend,

An initiative has been made to organise a forum for trainers.

First meeting was held at Andhra Chamber of Commerce Basement Hall

on 21.12.14 at 11.30 a.m.

The following persons atttended. I am thankful for all those who took pain

to make this initiative supported.

Elaborate discussions were held about the present issues, furture course

of action. Very active participation by all resulted in forming 

TRAINERS' CIRCLE.

The purpose of such circle is:

1. To have a common platform among trainers to develop credibility of trainers

to get a social status in the society

2. To have common basic formalities (legal formalities) while getting booked for a training

3. To caution about the defaulting consultants, companies, colleges, etc to

the  trainers

4. To upgrade the knowledge of trainers to deliver quality training and have

effectiveness (Through trainings to trainers, like Training 101, Train the Trainer0

5. To share the business, if the Circle gets directly from institutions.

6. To fix a similar minimum quotations/values the trainers have to quote for future

business

7. To form different sub committees to look after and develop different areas

8. To bring moral and ethical values among the trainers  

Next meeting is proposed to be held on 26th Jan.2015 Mondy (Republic Day).

Venue will be informed later.

21st Dec. was in important day for the future of Trainers. We will make 

TRAINERS' CIRCLE a powerful one supported by many industries and

various institutions to impart quality training to the participants.

We will spread the news about the circle to all the other trainers to make

them to join in the mainstream for the betterment of all.
